You may have not been able to pick up some or all of your medicine at the pharmacy this week. This was because of a system error. We’re glad to report the system has been fixed. You can pick up your medicine now. We’re sorry for any problems this caused.
If you had to pay extra for your medicine, you can return to the pharmacy. They’ll give you a refund for any extra payment you made.
