Hurricane Helene has affected many of our communities. We want to make sure you can still get the health care you need, so we’re making some changes to help.
During this time, we will be relaxing some of the rules for our medical and pharmacy services.
Through October 31, 2024, you will be able to refill existing prescription medications with an emergency refill. This does exclude controlled substances.
If you have an emergency, call 911 right away. All emergency services are covered by your plan.
Call our 24-Hour Nurseline at 800-830-1525 (TTY: 711) if you:
- Need help finding an available doctor near you.
- Have a medical question.
- Need advice on where to go for care.
If you need help filling- a prescription or have questions about your Healthy Blue plan, call customer service at 866-781-5094 (TTY 866-773-9634) Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. if you:
- Need help filling a prescription.
- Have questions about your plan.
