It’s easy to renew your Medicaid benefits when it’s time
Don’t lose your benefits! It might be time to renew your Medicaid benefits. Healthy Connections requires you to confirm every year that you are eligible. Be on the lookout for your South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid Annual Review Form. It will be mailed to you and all members of your family who have Medicaid. When you receive your form, fill it out and return by the listed due date. Learn more about how to renew with our easy online tips.
