My Health Toolkit® — Manage Your Health Plan Online or on Your Phone

Healthy Blue has a special online tool for members. It’s called My Health Toolkit. This one-stop resource offers all you need to learn about and take care of your Healthy Blue benefits.
It’s easy to use your computer to set up your account. From any page on the Healthy Blue website, look for the blue My Health Toolkit registration box. It’s located on the right side of the web page.
Or create an account on your phone. Search in the App Store or Google Play for My Health Toolkit for BCBS. Download our mobile app. Use your ID card or Social Security number to set up your account.
Your benefits information goes with you wherever you go
Once you are signed up for My Health Toolkit, you can:
Access your digital ID card.
Update your primary care provider (PCP).
Update your mailing address.
Send a secure email to us.
Learn about health care coaching programs.
Check your benefits and more!
Get a Reward for Signing Up for My Health Toolkit
After you sign up for My Health Toolkit, it’s easy to start earning rewards with our Healthy Rewards program. You may qualify for a free $20 gift card for signing-up for My Health Tool Kit, but there are a few important things you need to do first.
Here’s how to sign up for a Healthy Rewards Hub account:
Log in to your new My Health Toolkit account.
Once you are logged in, look under My Plan & Benefits in the top toolbar. Select Healthy Rewards Hub.
From there, you will be able to register for a Healthy Rewards Hub account and see what rewards you can earn.
Be sure to create an account for each member of your family who has Healthy Blue. Members who sign up for Healthy Rewards may qualify for the $20 Healthy Rewards gift card.
