Blue Book ClubSM: Get a $35 Barnes & Noble gift card to buy books for your children ages 2 years and younger.
Scouts BSA: Get a free, annual Scouts BSA membership and a discount toward program materials. Only at participating sites. For members 6 to 18 years old.
Girl Scouts leadership experience: Get a free, annual Girl Scouts membership plus a discount toward program materials. Only at participating sites. For girls 5 to 18 years old.
Boys & Girls Club fees: Get a $50 gift card to use towards Boys & Girls Club fees. Only a participating clubs. For members 6 to 18 years old.

Electric breast pump: Breastfeeding moms can get a free electric breast pump. Member must get a breast pump prescription from the OBGYN.
Prenatal pharmacy and nutrition education support: Free prenatal program with pharmacy and nutrition education support.
Members who qualify can get:
Uber or Lyft transportation: Get two $20 Uber or Lyft gift cards to get to job interviews. For members 18 and older.
GED Ready Assessment exam: Get a $100 gift card to use toward GED Ready® assessment fees. For members 17 and older.
Adult Vision Care: Get free adult eye exams each year and glasses every two years. For members 21 and older.
Members who qualify can get:
Asthma products: Get free, select asthma and allergy relief products (up to $200). Member must have an asthma diagnosis with a visit to the emergency room or inpatient care within a 12-month period. They must also have 2 or more coaching calls and/or classes in a asthma care management program.
Fresh fruit and veggies: Diabetic members with an A1C of greater than 8 may get up to three months of free home delivery of fresh fruits and veggies. Member must have 2 or more coaching calls and/or classes in a diabetes care management program.
Non-medical transportation help: Members 18 and older may choose one of the following:

How To Redeem
Log in to your My Health Toolkit account. If you don't have an account, it is easy to sign up. Once you are logged in, you can select Extra Benefits Hub.
If you qualify for an extra benefit, there will be a button next to the benefit that says “Request.” Follow the prompts to redeem.
If you don’t qualify for a benefit or additional steps are required to redeem, the button will say “Learn more.” From there, you can learn about the requirements.
